Your Business Plan (read in 30 seconds)
A good business plan is about two things:
1) It is about the people you are helping
2) And how you help them
The more tightly you define the “who and how” of your business the more successful you will be.
Your numeric goals and timetables for completion of tasks are woven into your business plan. All this supports your overall vision. For a small business this needs to be a simple document — especially in the beginning.
Organize your thoughts; then take action as soon as possible. Most entrepreneurs have a pretty good idea of what needs to happen to move their business forward. Set it down in writing and make it happen. Then, see what comes.
It needs to be simple.
